STEP1 Install the App
To install, search for eKadence for Parents in the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR Code:

 

 


STEP2 Login
1) Enter your Student School District or Organization.  
2) At the login screen, enter the Email and Password that you used to register with your student’s eKadence system. 
NOTE: If you have not yet registered with your student’s school, please go to
 https://demo.ekadence.com/login/parent


STEP3 Explore the Application

Once you add a student, your dashboard will update to display information specific to your student:

Bell - Indicates new and unread notifications.

Settings - View your account settings.


Classes 

Displays all of your student's current classes.  You may need to scroll down to see all of your student's classes.

  • Tap the arrow (>) to access prior terms
  • Tap a class to view your student’s progress

ePortfolios - View your student ePortfolios

Student - View your student information

My Students - Switches between students if you have more than one student




OPTIONAL

Add a Student

If you accessed the app with an email that is different than the one you provided to your student's school, the app will not be able to automatically add your students.  To add your student/s manually, follow these steps:

1) Ask your student to provide you with the Verification Pass Code from their Account > Parent Account section:
 

2) Tap  + Add Student, then enter your Student Email and the Verification Pass Code:
