There are numerous ways you can contact your teacher about your grades in eKadence. Here, we will go through three different ways you can contact your teacher.
- Emailing your teacher - Just send a quick email describing your assignment, your grade, and anything else you feel necessary! Your teacher should respond to you in a reasonable amount of time to get the help you need!
- Replying to teacher comments - On all assignments on your modules, there is a chat icon to the right of it. There, you can see any teacher comments, and you can message your teacher about your grade on that specific assignment.
- Going to Teacher Office Hours - Teacher’s create office hours for you to go and ask questions, so your teacher will most likely be able to answer anything about your grades there.
